So what is the deal with meal preps? Isn’t it just leftovers stretched out for a week?! The answer to that is yes and no. Meal prepping is a tool that people use to help them lose weight, maintain weight, bulk up (gain weight), or simply help them spend less on groceries. The reason why I meal prep is so I can either lose weight or maintain the same weight.
Here I will share with you my weekly meal preps, grocery lists, and how much I spend at the grocery store every two weeks, and where I found the recipes to make all of my food.
My YouTube series, “Eating Well w| Chele” will go live summer 2018. In this series, you will see my grocery store trips, lists and tips. I will explain, in depth, why I choose the foods that I did for that week and what type of effects it will have on the body.
