For the Adults that just wanna have fun in Orlando and leave the theme parks for the kiddos, this list is for you.
1. Take a Stroll Down International Drive
International Drive is basically the Orlando version of “The Strip” for Vegas. Its a street that has restaurants, bars, clubs, a ferris wheel that overlooks the city. It fits everybody’s needs on one street. Doesn’t matter if you want to chill in a bar or dance on top of a table in a multiple level club, International Drive is a must do for your trip to Orlando.
2. Universal City Walk
Universal City Walk is placed inside Universal Studios, the best part about it is that it’s free! After 6pm it’s free to park in the parking deck and it is free to walk around. The City Walk is known for their fun restaurants and Voodoo Doughnut shop, but at night they have a daiquiri factory and you can walk around with your drink. They even have bars and nightclubs that you can hit up for free. This is one spot you have to check out while in Orlando.
3. Visit Mall at Millenia
Orlando has tons of malls but Mall at Millenia is special because it literally has a store for everybody! This shopping place is a little slice of heaven offering high end stores such as Chanel and Burberry and low end stores that will make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy it. Go to the mall, trust me!
4. Sunday Fun at Downtown Orlando
Whenever someone tells me they’re visiting Orlando I tell them they have to stay until Monday because Sunday Funday is everything! There isn’t a specific place that I want to tell you to go because everyone has different styles for brunch. One thing I can say, head to downtown Orlando around 1-2pm, park your car and graze the streets. Brunch is served everywhere, bars and clubs open up at 2-4pm and they don’t close until the morning. Roam the streets, have fun, the world is your oyster shell when you’re in Downtown Orlando on a Sunday.
5. Dinner at the Seaworld Sharks Underwater Grill
I know this is a list of places to go other than the theme parks and this is the second theme park-ish place on the list but who doesn’t want to eat in a fishtank?! Seaworld has the opportunity for people to eat at their restaurant inside of their aquarium. This should definitely be on your to-do list for your trip to Orlando.
